MiGROS Turkey, one of the largest retail operators in the country, manages a nationwide network of 3,662 stores and employs approximately 50,915 people. To address these challenges, UNION biometrics provided the UBio-X Pro Lite (multi-modal) and AC2000 (fingerprint) devices, fully compatible with the existing Passlogic Time and Attendance system. These devices enabled employees to authenticate using fingerprint, facial recognition, password, card, mobile card, or QR code, offering maximum flexibility and convenience. In addition, a user-friendly interface allowed managers to monitor attendance data at a glance, providing enhanced oversight and streamlining T&A management across all stores.<\/p>\n
